Ecstatic Dance is a unique dance expression guided by a musical sound journey.

With no structure or steps to follow, you can safely discover, explore, unleash, and enhance your movement and dance in whatever ways feel good to you. We come together in an atmosphere free of labels to connect our bare feet to the earth, purely communicating through our bodies.

Each dance starts and ends with a ceremony in which we make time and space to connect with ourselves, the others, the space, the vibrations and our intentions.

We celebrate LIFE at its fullest and welcome you exactly as you are!

– Dance and move freely with awareness, care and respect for others
– Barefoot or with socks (shoes accepted for medical reasons)
– No alcohol, smoking or illegal drugs
– No talking on the dance floor
– No photos or videos, cell phones muted
– No food or drinks on the dancefloor
– No perfumes or artificial scents

Ecstatic Dance is a worldwide movement and touches many hearts and bodies all over the world – including New York, London, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Berlin, Bali, and Barcelona.
